Kun Wang, an associate professor of Earth, environmental, and planetary sciences, and Ryan Ogliore, an associate professor of physics, both faculty fellows in the McDonnell Center for the Space Sciences, recently delivered presentations during a "Saturday Scholars" outreach event. This event took place at two Illinois high schools, O'Fallon High School and Edwardsville High School. The talks attracted an audience of approximately 500 students, who had the opportunity to learn about sample return missions, with a particular focus on the OSIRIS-REx mission.
